Bonus wagering and free spins
To release your casino bonus, you must wager the combined deposit and bonus 50 times. The required wagering amount is therefore (Deposit + Bonus) × 50. Bets placed count towards wagering, not further deposits. Different games contribute at different rates towards the requirement. Winnings are not guaranteed.
You must wager your free spin winnings 40 times before they can be released as real money. You must complete any active casino bonus before using free spins.
Winnings limits and withdrawals
We release no more than ten times the original bonus amount as real money from casino bonus funds. For winnings from up to 50 free spins, the limit is CHF 55 or €50. For more than 50 free spins, it is CHF 110 or €100. Any amounts above these limits are forfeited.
Requesting a withdrawal before accepting a bonus or while a bonus is active voids your entitlement to the bonus. Withdrawals may also require proof of identity and ownership of the payment method used. Your account’s withdrawal terms still apply after bonus funds have been released.
Completing or cancelling a bonus
You have 10 days from activation to meet the wagering requirement for each casino bonus. If the deadline passes, the bonus funds and any winnings generated from them expire. While a casino bonus is active, the maximum stake is CHF 110 or €100 per round.
You cannot use our welcome package at the same time as other bonuses. If you activate another bonus or claim free spins while a bonus is active, the current bonus and its winnings will be removed. You can cancel a bonus in your profile or through our support team, but all casino bonus funds will be forfeited.
